I have been engaged in the baking teaching industry for 8 years, and the knowledge technology is the most comprehensive. I know the operation process of mousse, biscuit, cake, fruit and so on. Served as senior catering instructors, in-depth understanding of west culture, assist research and development of new technology and update the teaching materials of goods school, made a thorough reform of traditional baking technology, let students really understand the advanced international practice.
